Just wanted to update that I did get through to support and got a call back from a very knowledgeable technician who was able to get this working for me.

Hello,

I downloaded the trial of PrintBoss to use with QuickBooks online. I have been through the manual a few times trying to get everything set up. I have my bank account all set up in PrintBoss and believe I have all of the options correct. When printing my checks from QBO, I select the PrintBoss driver, then go into PrintBoss and print my checks from the work files, but when they print there is absolutely none of the information that is set up in PrintBoss. It's exactly the same as the way it would come out of QBO.

Is this because I am on the trial? I tried calling the phone number listed on the support page, but am just getting a busy signal. This program would be perfect for us if we could get it to actually work! How can I get assistance and get this working properly?
