Hi, they are supposed to be prompted for a password, however, it doesn't take them to that step. Its as if it never loads. Yes, they can open other PDF files. I did look and found that In the "properties" in Security tab, the PDF pay voucher says it can be opened with Acrobat 3.0 or later. See below.

But with the other PDF that was able to open , it says it can be open with ALL versions. See below.

Are the employees being prompted for a password? There could be an issue with the Adobe update. Can they open other PDF files?

Hi, I am having issues with employees not being able to open the PDF vouchers that are sent out via email.
Recently IT (here) installed an Adobe update. Could this have any relation to the issue?
Please help! Thank you.
