Access violation error in module pb32.exe

Hello;
Occasionally we are getting an access violation error at address 0080726F in module 'pb32.exe'. Read of address 05D70000.
See attached Excel spreadsheet for the errors. The tabs contains the details.
Server is Windows 2012 R2. Accounting Software is SAGE 300 6.3.
Any ideas?
