When multiple users need to have access to PrintBoss, PrintBoss should be installed on a shared location so everyone shares the bank list and payee lists. There are security features in the software which can be used to limit access to view, edit or delete bank records.

Are you talking about "Bank Lists" or "Payee Lists". Please specify what exactly you are trying to copy. Indicate where in the printboss men you are going to see what you want to copy.

I have been unable to figure out a way to basically copy and paste bank accounts from one printboss login to another. All of our bank accounts are set up on a colleague's computer and they need to be transferred to my computer. Is there a way to do this? I have looked into the FTP setup but have not made positive progress.
