By default, the name of the PDF file attachemenht to a PrintBoss E-mail copy is the same as the PrintBoss Form file name. With the Enterprise Edition of PrintBoss the variable {EmailPDFAlias} allows you to define the file name. The file name for the PDF attachement is entered on of the Objects tabs of the Form Editor with an assignment command and may use variables. Two Examples of the syntax for this assignment follows:
#Assign EmailPDFAlias, "Invoice from Wellspring Software, Inc."
#Assign EmailPDFAlias, "Invoice #{DocNo}"
