Can I have different email messages & Subject line

My client is emailing documents from OE and PO. Inside of OE, they email confirms, invoices and quotes and inside of PO they email PO's. Is it possible to automatically include a predesigned subject line and email message for each document? I assume it is but need to know how to do it. Please explain. Is it setup inside of the PB form? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated, Dana
