For custom orders, please call our Sales Group: 800-600-6861 and they are happy to help. As for the e-mail. It's been slow over the holiday, but e-mails are coming in. Please give it another try.

Hi,
I cannot sent emails to Support@wellspringsoftware.com or Sales@wellspringsoftware.com.
I get below non delivery report.

I cannot order from your website because the countries I want to select for our organisation does not exist in your drop down list.
Countries are Singapore and Bermuda.
