With the inception of the PrintBoss Payee List, it has been used for different functions within PrintBoss. They include maintaining a list of E-mail addresses of employees for EFT payments; maintaining a list of employees and vendors that receive ACH payment and for maintaining a list of credit card payment vendors with PS16 files.
We have found that the 'Match on Payee ID' is most common for ACH users, while 'Match on Payee' is most common for PS16 users. Some users need to match on both the Payee and Payee ID fields.
A new feature was added to PrintBoss 5.73.1 under Options/Configuration/Internal tab called 'Search Payee List using this method:' The drop down menu allows the following choices:
· Standard Mode (both Payee and Payee ID match)
· Match on Payee
· Match on Payee ID
