Jesus, are you using PrintBoss with Accpac 6.1 and a Windows8 operating system? The screen prints would be consistant with that configuration. Unfortunately, this is a known issue with Sage 300 ERP 6.1 and SAP's Windows8 version of Crystal reports. We are hopeful for a resolution by the end of the year.

Hi,
I have issue with two workstation printing to PrintBoss. I can reprint same invoice from the screen preview couple of times to printboss and every time the capture it's differents.
Please review the attachments as a reference.
