Is your client using Outlook? If so, Outlook ignores the PrintBoss From addresses. Outlook uses the Outlook Profile settings.

Subject: Email - not sending because of "FROM" info

Hello .. I’ve configured a PO form to send an email, setting the “From Information” section (among other variables) in the form. But, when I send the email with this information completed, the email doesn’t send. If I remove the information, the email sends through SMTP just fine.

I’ve attached the form file, work files, a sample email, and the screen shot below from the email process . Can you please help me identify the error in my variables that are causing the email to not be sent when I populate the “FROM” section? Let me know if you need any other information. Thanks!
