Windows 7 Issue - Crystal Reports Error 513

We have been using PrintBoss successfully for about 3 years to print invoices, crdit notes & bills of lading. Ver 5.65.1 is installed on our Windows 2008 server, and our workstations are running XP pro.
I have just added two Windows 7 Pro workstations. The domain users are members of the Local Administrator group, so they have full rights. I installed Print Boss, and set up the default printer the same as on the XP workstations, but when I try to print an invoice, I receive a Crystal Report Error 513 - Invalid Printer specified.
An other post mentioned the issue with the printer 50 driver - I checked and the version is dated 2/24/10. Any ideas?
