First, when installing a new computer determine if PrintBoss is on a server, for multiple user access, or as a stand-alone installation.
1. If the PrintBoss folder is on a server, then logged in as an Administrator, go to the PrintBoss folder and find the setup program. Right-click on setup.exe and choose “Run as Administrator. Load the PrintBoss driver. Please note that the version of PrintBoss should be newer than 3/2010 to work with Windows 7 or 8.
2. If the PrintBoss folder was only on your workstation (only one user) then copy the entire PrintBoss folder from the old computer to the new one. Otherwise you will lose all of your banking data and form customizations.
