Joe - I noticed this started with crystal reports 2011. Sage may have more information than we do as we do not officially support crystal reports.

Paula, Why would the logo affect the print. We did not experiance this using 6.0. When we added the logo to the PB form, it did not print properly. Do we need to convert the logo to .bmp?

This was worked out offline. Joe reported the issue was caused by the logos in the crystal report.

Is there a fix coming for Sage ERP 6.2a..
We are getting an error when printing.
The invoices are sent out blank
