Nancy, thank you for the prompt response! The main screen we have does say PrintBoss Enterprise but I still cannot get the combining feature to work. Is this something I should contact remote technical support for? Thanks again.

combining email addresses for multiple page documents is a PrintBoss Enterprise feature. If you choose to try Enterprise, it should work. The feature is not available with Standard, Select or Express.

Hi, we are currently running the trial bases of Print Boss and was unable to get the combine pages function to work. I verified that the email addresses are the same on both pages. I also tried the "based on same email address and document number" and that did not work either. Is this something that is not available in the trial version? Currently I can only get the 2 pages to email separately.
