The Standard Entry Class drop down menu where PPD and CCD are selected is on the ACH Definition tab of the PrintBoss bank record. To date, we have not had any clients request mixing CCD and PPD. They have all been separate batches. I will bring this to our Development group to see if it is possible to create a comingled file w/out breaking ACH for all the clients currently using this feature.

The alternative is to use the Payee Misc field in the Payee List to enter PPD or CCD and assign this field to the {bACHStdEntryClsCod} variable within the PrintBoss Form. We can schedule a time next week if you would like to set this up and test this solution.

We are working with a new bank and they are having issues processing our Accounts Payable file because there is no distinguishing between individual and business accounts in PrintBoss. I have attached the email from the banks support person.
