We recommend the Body be added to the Footer Objects tab of each PrintBoss document:
#Assign EmailSubject, "Payroll Advice for {DocRecip}"
#Assigns EmailBody, "Dear {DocRecip},"
#Assigns EmailBody, " "
#Assigns EmailBody, "Please see the attached Payroll Advice for information about payroll funds direct deposited."
#Assigns EmailBody, "The attachment is locked and requires the last 4 digits of your SSN to unlock."
#Assigns EmailBody, " "
#Assigns EmailBody, "Thank, Payroll Dept."
This will allow each document to use a different Subject, Email Body, and any other variables that need to be unique.

Hello, I am attempting to set the Email Body on a PrintBoss form using the #Assign EmailBody command. However I am trying to enter a multi-line body and it is only printing the first line. Can you assist? Thanks,
