1/13/2017 Topic: Locking the Form/Bank Requst List mmurphy	Good afternoon, I am wondering if there is a way to lock the Bank Request List. We multiple users (some new to the software) accessing the software, and suddenly it has become an issue that the forms are being changed without notice, causing large runs of checks to be printed in the wrong format. While we are addressing this from a training standpoint, I would like to set a lock or permission as a precautionary measure. Thank you, Marcia

4/27/2017 Topic: Printing to a specific tray Xerox mmurphy	Hello, I have an office running PrintBoss with Quickbooks both from a server location. The printer is a Xerox 7225 that has tray 2 set up with a custom configuration to pull checkstock. Printboss, the printer on the QB server and on the users local machine are all set to default to tray 2 for the checkstock. The checks are printing correctly, except not pulling from tray 2, hence not on the checkstock. Could I have missed a setting somewhere?
6/21/2017 Topic: Error when Printing from QB Online mmurphy	Good afternoon, Please see the comment from the user below. The error is 'Bank Name Warning Incomplete or Unrecognized Bank Code' and I have attached the image as well. I have had the user setup QBO according to the QBO Installation Guide. We are using PrintBoss v6.02.0. She is the only staff member using QBO in conjunction with PrintBoss at this time. Please advise. Thank you, Marcia "The problem is when I pick the check layout for PrintBoss the attached error message pops up. Usually what happens is the box pops up to put in the client password. I have compared the Print Boss setup of **** Company with other clients I have in there and everything is good."
