4/23/2019 Topic: error, when printing jsuarez

So, we upgraded one of our file servers and everything i think i ok. printboss is not working ok though. The permission to the new share folder are good, and i even ran the setup file again and not luck! below is the permissions screen and then the error message. FYI, the field is checked.
