Hi! Client received this message when printing checks but was able to complete task. I understand socket error during updates could be a firewall issue; would this be considered the same?

I have installed Enterprise on client's server which will be location it will be accessed. I am receiving below messages:
Error: Unable to save the following value to "[CONFIG]GlobalstoreTSPrinters" in file "C:\PrntBoss\PBDrv.ini" Value=N Error: Unable to save the following value to '[MiscBankLabels]Flag2" in file "C:\PrntBoss\PBDRv.ini" Value=Misc Flag 2

I have a client that has HRMS 2014. Within the system they have 1 bank for 4 employers. Is there a way to control the check number continue to flow properly thru Printboss without client control in HRMS? Thanks! |

This worked perfectly except for one issue. The check number is not matching. For example, the check number on the stub shows 15 and the check reflects 101. Is there another steps to keep those matching? Thank you! |

I have a client that has one bank setup in PrintBoss Enterprise with 4 Employers setup in HRMS. This is working fine; however, if you select the Open Document Archives they do not have selections to do a reprint. Is there an option, that may be missed to get the archives to be stored short-term in case re-printing is needed? Thanks! |
