9/6/2013 Topic: Troubleshoot Printing cnystrom04

I use Print boss select with Quickbooks. It was working fine, but then I tried to print something and it showed my printer was offline. I was able to get it to print but now it prints only using one company and bank information. This leads me to believe there is a problem with the bank codes. I want to automatically select the bank each time but now nothing will print. How do I change the "BANK" to request so that I can automatically select? What else could be the problem?
