I replaced an old windows 8.1 workstation pc with a windows 10. PrintBoss is housed on a different workstation. Now when I try to add PrintBoss40a as a printer, there's nothing. So I go to the PrintBoss50 folder and add the printer. I try to print but I get the following message:
"It seems there are insufficient rights to the PrintBoss 50 spool folder. Batch being ignored. The Print Spooler may need to be restarted." What should I do? |

I rebooted both PCs and still I get the same message.
