Can you add a field to your Crystal report that pulls the E-mail address for the purchasing agent? PrintBoss can evaluate and use that E-mail address. If there are multiple E-mail address possibilities, there has to be something else unique on the report to identify the correct E-mail address. Hello,
We have been using Sage 300 ERP since 2003 and I am trying to figure out a way to email different purchasing agents for different companies. We have one customer that has about 5 different purchasing agents. I have been trying to figure out a way to do this in printboss but I cannot come up with anything myself. Has anyone else had any experience with this at all?
Please let me know.
