To clarify a couple of things:
  • The PDF reader can be Adobe XI or Foxit Reader. Using Adobe DC, it may not work consistently.
  • Firefox can be used instead of Chrome. The process is the same, you download the check document to Adobe and then print.

Yes, you can use Google Chrome to connect to QBO and use PrintBoss. There are extra steps involved. And you must have Adobe set to be your Windows default PDF writer.

When you have created your QBO check and can view it on the screen, instead of printing it, download it. Save the down load to a location on your pc - it can be the desktop. Go to that document, open it, and now print it to the PrintBoss 50 driver. Also note that the Adobe print settings must be ACTUAL SIZE and portrait. PrintBoss should then open and process normally.

I know this has been asked before about a year ago but there was no response then. I'm hoping I will get an answer now.

I am having trouble with Internet Explorer and would really like to use Chrome. Is there any way to do this?? Please??
