Hello Laura ,
I also using PrintBox with QB ,I also faced the same problem of Print a cheque , I tried many things to fixit up but i did not find the solution for this then gor to the quickbook customer care center u can also try this they will resolve your problem.

I am going to assume you are using the desk top version of PrintBoss with QuickBooks as opposed to PrintBoss Online with QuickBooks Online.

Start by verifying your Printer Setup for Check\Paycheck in QuickBooks. For most installations you want to have the option to "Print Company Name and Address" enabled. By doing this the Bank Code passed from QuickBooks to PrintBoss is 'QB Bank ID:Company Name.' The expectation is that while there is one company, each of their accounts has a unique Bank ID in QuickBooks. If you correct the PrintBoss Bank Code to match the format sent by QuickBooks, the bank account auto-select feature of PrintBoss should work.

Hello. I use Printboss with QB. I have over 30 QB files and all was working fine. Now one of the companies (has three bank accounts), when I print a cheque, the wrong company name and wrong bank info comes out. Tried fixing it, nothing works! Can anyone help? Thank you!
