There are 2 methods they can use. The traditional method is to map the local USB driver to the Terminal Server so the signature can be seen. However, some hosted servers do not allow that type of mapping as they are concerned with viruses. In this case, you will need to talk to Amazon.

The second method is to create a mapped drive on the Amazon server and make it into secured signature drive. Use the operating system security to limit who has access to this folder. This method always works as long as you can control security.

Subject: Signatures and Terminal Server

Found one note on Forum re this but thought I should ask before proceeding.

Client has Sage 300 and PrintBoss hosted on servers on Amazon (TS and Data server). Currently they are mainly using PrintBoss for emailing EFT advices etc.
Would like to look at Signatures for cheques. (Not currently using printboss cheques but I have added Sig to standard cheques before so I know that is not too hard.

Anyways – The forum was indicating that the solution works for most but might not work for all. Was wondering if you have a feeling for how likely it is to work for these guys.
