If there is a hyperlink iin a document printed to PrintBoss it will be retained when a PDF file is created by PrintBoss. for example, hyperlinks can be created in Crystal Reports or Microsoft Word documents. PrintBoss does not at this time create hyperlinks when processing PDF files. The hyperlink must be in the original document. Also, please note that if the PrintBoss PDF File Properties have been set to 'Searchable Text PDFs' the hyperlink will NOT be retained when PrintBoss processes the document.
