Select the file on the remote computer that you wish to print. Open the document and use Print command (or Ctrl+P in Windows and ⌘+P in Mac) to prepare the selected document for printing. Select RemotePC Printer in the window and click Print. Once the file appears, you can proceed with printing.

The only tool that I have seen work is Remote Desktop Connection. Remote Desktop loads the local printer drivers so there is no redirection.
There is a print utility called UniPrint that also works, but you still need to RDP to the remote computer. The user prints from the accounting application to UniPrint, and then UniPrint passes the file to the local work station as a PDF. The PDF can then be printed to PrintBoss. It should also work if you have a way of printing to a PDF file and then pass the PDF to the local work station to print to PrintBoss.

Can you recommend another remote access company to use?
Thank you

We may need more information than can be provided by email. That said, does the PrintBoss 50 driver show up as a redirected printer? If so, the PrintBoss 50 driver does not work as a redirected printer. It only works when it is available as a direct printer as it uses its on Spool and Transfer folders to create a file from the print stream. It does work with RDP. If you are trying to print from a remote location we suggest you use a Remote Desktop Connection (RDP). As I recall, GoToMyPC is a Citrix product and Citrix typically ‘redirects’ the printer driver.

We are trying to print checks from a remote computer thru GoToMyPC. I can print directly to the printer, but not thru Print Boss. GoToMyPC says we need the print drivers. Thank you
