In PrintBoss, the term 'Bad Address' describes the format of the address, not the validity of the address. For example if there was no @ symbol, PrintBoss would see this as a 'Bad Address.' PrintBoss cannot detect if an e-mail address is incorrect for that employee.

We utilize PrintBoss to dynamically email payroll direct deposit advices from our Abra Suite payroll system. I have the PrintBoss email configured for the "Automatic Email Pause" set to "Bad Address". It appears the software will only pause when the e-mail field is "blank", it does not pause when the email address is invalid. Is there a way to have the automatic email pause when the address is invalid, or am I missing something?
