The "BankData retrieval" error indicates a corrupted PrintBoss Work file. This is usually the result of having a very large number of records in that Work file.
The solution is to delete the Work file and then let PrintBoss create a new one. It may be wise to archive the present work file first, if possiible, to save the current batch of records. Also, change the 'Auto-Archiving" Form setting to one of the suggested settings to ensure that the Work file does not build to a very high number of records again.
