Brian Administrator Posts: 24 3/14/2022	Brian Administrator Posts: 24 Unfortunately, due to various changes in the MAPI sublayer that Microsoft has made over the past few years, using the Outlook outbox to send emails is no longer recommended. We generally recommend using the Office365 SMTP connection to send emails instead, which usually will allow the sent items to appear in the Outlook sent items folder. It is very unlikely that Microsoft will allow for direct interaction with the Outlook outbox in the future now that they've moved over to the 365 platform. -- Wellspring Software Support Technician
