I recently worked with a Partner who discovered the PDFs can be edited when Security is turned off in Acrobat Professional. Select File/ Properties. Select the Security tab. Change Security Method to No Security to edit the file.

Are the settings under ‘PDF Attachment Security set to View Only or Read Only? (see below)
Or, if you are not creating the PDF via e-mail, the same settings are on the PDF tab of the Form file. (see below)

Hi Support,
We have purchased an upgrade to Print Boss recently but we have now found that the pdf’s PrintBoss is saving are not editable via Adobe Pro. Is there a way to save the files so that they are editable?
