Port 25. If that doesn't work for you, you can download the PrintBoss setup.exe from the website (under Support\Downloads) and run it locally. Depending on the last recorded license date on your system, you may or may not need to call us for an update code.

Hello Support:

I've copied the PrntBoss folder to a client's new server. When I run PBUpdate, it results in "Socket Error #10061, Connection refused".

Is there a specific port that needs to be opened for this process to run? Thank you.
