Pressure seal forms and check folding machines are a fantastic way to process a large quantity of documents. The process of printing pressure seal pay checks or invoices is simple and concise. When you print documents they go from the printer directly to a folding/sealing machine and they are ready to mail. If you are using PrintBoss with a special PrintBoss form file, the document will not only be formatted to fit a pressure seal form, but PrintBoss will sign the checks as they are printed. We utilize Wellspring check stock and envelopes and print approximately 300 pay checks every two weeks.
Is there a check folding machine that you can recommend? We currently do them all manually and it takes several hours.
