There is an authorization form on our website that you complete and send to Wellspring Software Technical Support. We will call you, connect to a workstation that has access to PrintBoss. The Tech will enter a back door password which allows the authorized person to change the PrintBoss Master Application. Here is a link to the form: Change Security Password Request.

Beginning with PB Version 5.73.1 (06/17/2013) the Master Application password is case sensitive.
