Please test the form on another printer. Do you get the same result?
Have you tried reloading the printer driver?

Hi Nancy,

I did change the form Width and length exactly exactly as you show but when I print the form on the screen it shows as landscape but print as portrait. The only way I could make it work properly was by changing the form to landscape on the printer. I don't really want to do this as other document may print in portrait.

Any suggestions?

The form orientation setting is on the Settings tab of the form editor as shown below. Use the drop down to change the form orientation from portrait to landscape.

Yes, we are hard coding an approximate margin of .25 inches around the perimeter of the forms.

Seems like there is a .25 inch margin hard coded into the form files? The form editor will let you place object, or part of object inside this margin area, but when you print, the object is forced back into the printable region. I know the printer im using can print in this area, but i cant figure out how to do it in printboss.
