Hi -

Yes, PrintBoss Enterprise has the ability to add attachments to outgoing emails!

You can specify to have it automatically add attachments using the variable {EmailAttachments} – you can indicate a specific document, or all documents in a specific directory.

If you want to manually select attachments, you will need to set PrintBoss to prompt the user – but this will happen for EACH email being sent out. (Under Options > Email Settings > Misc. Settings > “Automatic Email Pause” = “always”.) In the dialog that opens, you will see the paystub as an attachment. Using the INSERT key, you may add by browsing to the selected document(s). While PrintBoss Enterprise does not have a limit to the number of files attached, please remember that email typically has a limit to the total size of the documents included with each email.
