7/6/2017 Topic: Print boss 5.64.9 & Microsoft GP 2015 David

We are trying to use Wellspring software to print signature checks with Microsoft Great plains + Printboss connecting the USB Drive of wellspring to signature checks. (Print boss 5.64.9 & Microsoft GP 2015) We found this article ( https://www.wellspringsoftware.com/forum/topic221-secure-signatures-and-terminal-services.aspx ), and followed its instructions (see picture attached). But Printboss does not find the USB Drive when printing. It just prints the Check without the signature. Any kind of help would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
