5/21/2014 Topic: Checks printing one at a time bmartin30

When we print checks, only one check at a time will print. The paper jam sensor flashes so we open and close the toner door and it will print another check. Only prints in between clearing the supposed jam. Does this on all printers so we know it isn't jammed. Any suggestions?
