The host for Wellspring FAX Service no longer supports html cover pages. This recent change came about under new ownership of the host. We have created a FaxCover1.txt file to replace the html cover page until we can work this out in another way. This file is available for copying to the same folder in a client PrintBoss. In addition, the following steps are needed:
1. Open the PrintBoss Master Application.
2. Click on the Options menu and select Fax Settings\Wellspring Fax Service.
3. Click on the folder button for the Cover Page File. It should automatically open the PrntBoss\FaxService\Cover Pages folder.
4. Change the file type in the bottom right corner of the screen to ‘Text Files (*.txt)’.
5. Select FaxCover1.txt and click Open.
