check these things: 1. Is the PrintBoss Transfer folder empty? And does the user have Full Control rights? Typically, this is C:\programdata\wellspring\printboss\transfer. 2. Is the PrintBoss Spool folder empty? And does the user have Full Control rights? Typically, this is C:\programdata\wellspring\printboss\spool. 3. Restart the Print Spooler Service or Restart your computer.

I have been using PrintBoss successfully for some time printing checks from Quicken and Intuit Online Paychecks. Suddenly, I am now stuck on the same check. When the check is printed the counter window disappears only to reappear with the next check number. When OK or exit is clicked, the same check is printed and process repeats. There is no time to open the settings on the Master Program. I cannot print a new check. I cannot close the application without using Task Manager
