conflict with HP Universal Printer Drivers

We've had several users report an SDE Error: 1800 with the result that PrintBoss stops working.
The actual error is:
File open error: C:\ProgramData\Wellspring\PrintBoss\Work\<username>\<formname>.dbf
OS Error Code: 32
File Locked or Secured
Warning 131: Unable to open work database : Batch is being abandoned.
After confirming that the user had full permissions to the work file, archive file, spool directory & that no antivirus software was locking the file, it was discovered upon attempting to delete the workfile that the universal printer driver file hpmup094.bin file was locking the process. Once this process was terminated, the issue was eliminated.
The fix was to replace the print driver(s) on the (W7) workstation.

You folks do not want us to be using the HP Universal Printer Driver for Windows PCL6…correct ?
