First step to ordering a Singnature Disk is to follow the link below and print out the Signature Disk Order form. Complete the form, including ORIGINAL signatures and payment information. Mail the form. Wellspring will return encrypted signature files and media (floppy, CD, or USBs) to use when printing checks.
