All users share the same copy of PrintBoss. That said, with PrintBoss Security you can limit viewing and accessing Bank account information by user. You can also Password protect Bank accounts so that only authorized users can print checks from specific accounts.

Will Print Boss allow my client to have one computer as a Stand-alone instillation (Payroll) and also a Network Installation for other users for Accounts Payable on the same network?
