PrintBoss can be run minimized if /MIN is added after the path of the executable. For example: C:\PrntBoss\pb32.exe /MIN. This can be accomplished by right clicking on the shortcut and selecting Properties. Add a space then /MIN in the target field fo the Program Properties window.
