james. Multiple users share the same copy of PrintBoss. Each user must full control rights to the PrintBoss folder. That said the version of PrintBoss you have may be too old to work on a Windows7 workstation. So, check the rights for your new user and verify that the PrintBoss 50 driver is post 3/2010. You can check that on the help and about screen under Version Info PB50UI64.DLL: 2/24/2010 is the correct driver.

I am the system admin at the tallman hotel and I use your product version 5.35.4 and have it installed on our server. I only have been using it on one user but now have need to install it on another user...I got the printboss driver installed, ran the setup file and changed to the printer I want to print to on the new account and everything works but when I go to print it doesn't print...no error just doesn't print. Did I miss a step as far as install or am I not able to install the product on multiple computers at the same time with one license?
