PrintBoss Enterprise accepts graphic images from the crystal report when the PrintBoss Form is set to capture Graphic Images and Capture Text. However, OLE and hyperlinks do not work as the actual link does not get passed in the print job. The text will maintain the color and underline, but the file attached to the OLE link is not called when someone clicks on the text. I should point out PrintBoss Email Body can use html and that can include links, but the form itself cannot read the links.

Subject: images on forms
Hi folks,
We have a client who wants to include images from crystal on their printboss forms.
What are the limitations as to what can be included? I can attach BMP’s and JPG’s, but what about OLE files (links to excel) like the one attached.
The client is using the Enterprise version.
