A new Void-Check Option for HandChecks was added in PrintBoss Version 5.7.3.2. It can be used to send a series of checks to a bank for verification of the MICR line. The following Hand Check forms have been updated to work with the new VOID feature:

Handchk2M
Handchk2T
Handchk3
Create a Hand Check. Then click on the Editor building. The following screen will display. Check the box ‘Use For Voided Checks.’ You can create a separate series of check numbers for these test checks. Click on OK to close the Editor screen.
Click on the Print button. Determine the ‘Next Check Number’. Click on the ‘Print Series for Checkboo’ tab and type in the number of checks you want to printe in the ‘Number to print’ box.
Click on ‘Preview’ or ‘Print’. A VOID Hand Check will look like this:
