There are two options for you. There are short-term Work file options and longer-term Archive options. These are form settings. From the PrintBoss Master Application, go to Edit\Form files. Choose the Form, and click on Editor. The Settings tab is the default. At the bottom right corner you will see a drop down to choose the Work file or Archive retention options.

I have a client that has one bank setup in PrintBoss Enterprise with 4 Employers setup in HRMS. This is working fine; however, if you select the Open Document Archives they do not have selections to do a reprint. Is there an option, that may be missed to get the archives to be stored short-term in case re-printing is needed? Thanks!
