Nick, you also want to check your QuickBooks settings. Verify these three settings on the Printer Setup Screen: 1. PrintBoss 50 is the printer 2. Choose the Voucher Style check 3. Check the box for 'Print Company Name and Address' on the check
If after a test print, PrintBoss still does not launch, try restarting the print spooler service under Administrative Tools.

This is a new installation of Printboss with Quickbooks; installed in January of this year. During my initial testing everything seemed to work OK. It's now been a couple weeks since I've tried to print anything and now Printboss does not launch automatically when I try and print from Quickbooks. I checked the printer settings in Printboss and the 'Load PB32.exe' box is checked. If I open Printboss after attempting to print, the check will immediately print. Likewise, if I manually open Printboss before attempting to print, it works fine. The system is Windows 7 Pro 64bit and Quickbooks is version 2010.
