Change in Check Formats with Version 6.0

Over the past few years some U.S. banks have requested a clear space around the check date and check amount. This has been true in Canada for several years. To accommodate these requests Wellspring has made a change in the standard PrintBoss check formats. Beginning with PrintBoss version 6.0 we have removed the Convenience Amount Box from all checks. However, if you would like to have a box around the check date and amount, then you can check the option in the PrintBoss Bank Record on the Miscellaneous tab for 'Miscellaneous Flag 5' aka {BMisc5}. The forms have been scripted to place our 'traditional' Convenience Amount Box on the check when Misc Flag 5 is checked.
Please note: These new forms are automatically installed with new PrintBoss installs. However, when updating PrintBoss current versions of your forms will NOT be over-written. When updating PrintBoss from older versions to 6.0 the new forms are placed in the PrintBoss\Forms\Standard folder, and must be manually moved to the PrintBoss\Forms folder if you would like to use them.
